Getting started is easy - simply fill in the new client registration form below and look out for our service agreement in your inbox.
As soon as the Agreement is signed we can start the matching process.
Keep an eye on your email as we'll be sending through some profiles of potential matches for you to review. Just let us know if you'd like us to set up a meet and greet for you and we'll help make it happen.
A meet & greet is a free, no obligation, short meeting with your potential new support worker either online or face to face. It's a chance to see if both parties feel it is a good fit and talk about how you would like to be supported. Check out the My Care Match Handbook for tips and advice on what to ask and look for in a meet & greet. We'll send this to you with the service agreement, but you can also download it in the Resources section of this website.
If the meet and greet goes well you can go ahead and schedule your first shift directly with your support worker.
Each week your support worker will email their shift records and invoice to us. We'll make sure you receive a copy for your records. We process the invoices weekly on Mondays and your support worker is paid the following week.
Our goal at My Care Match is to take the hassle and worry out of finding support workers. This is why all our support workers are fully screened and verified - you can read more about our thorough checks in the My Care Match Client Handbook &/or download the policy from the Resources section on this website.
We also ensure that while support workers are all independent contractors, they are covered by our own comprehensive insurance giving you peace of mind that every shift is covered should anything occur.
And we also take care of the administration, invoicing claims and payments to support workers. Easy!
