Our Story

 My Care Match was created from lived experience and a deep understanding of how important quality support truly is. As a parent of an autistic daughter, our founder has seen first hand the difference the right support worker can make — and the impact when support falls short.

My Care Match support workers are chosen not only for their skills and experience, but for the way they show up — with respect, reliability, and genuine care.

Being fully present during every shift is non-negotiable. Our support workers do not use personal mobile phones while working, arrive on time, follow through on commitments, and communicate respectfully. Disabling or offensive language, lack of care, or disengagement has no place here.

Above all, our support workers are people who genuinely care. They take the time to understand the individuals they support, build meaningful relationships, and consistently go the extra mile — not because they have to, but because they believe everyone deserves support that feels safe, affirming, and human.
