Rates of Pay
My Care Match has a simple, flat pricing structure that is designed so that support workers earn good rates, whilst offering great value and affordability for clients.
Hourly fees and charges summary
- Weekday daytimes $48.00
- Weekday evenings $56.00
- Weekday nights $57.60
- Saturdays $66.40
- Sundays $66.40
- Public holidays $66.40
My Care Match fees include:
- Access to our extensive network of clients
- Matching service – linking you with potential clients that are a great fit for your skills, interests, experience and location
- Payments and Claims – we process and claim all client invoices and make payments to you each week.
- Comprehensive insurance cover for every shift
- Support from our experienced team in the event of any incidents
(All shifts must be included in your Support Worker Shift Records for compliance purposes and to ensure full insurance cover.)
